A mountainous area where the vineyards are located around 800 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest masses and close to the Mediterranean Sea.

The crop is mostly rainfed with low rainfall, cold winters and hot summers. Harvest in September and completion in October. The peculiar characteristics of Jumilla generate a unique microclimate for the development and maturation of the vines. The blend of Syrah, Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon gives Cherry © a unique flavor, aroma and nuances. Syrah is a magical, perfumed and elegant grape, with an incredible ability to adapt to the most diverse climates. Cabernet Sauvignon gives it an intense red, with fruity, floral and herbal aromas. Monastrell is the queen of Jumilla, mostly grown in Murcia.

This jewel roots us in the depths of tradition, the flavor of the Murcian land. It provides body, structure and tannic nuances. This trinity is both elegant and subtle but also robust and durable. This combination of aromas and flavors awakens the most primary instincts of the human being. A wine that no palate can resist. To complete the bouquet of the wine, 300 l 70% French and 30% American oak barrels are used. The techniques for growing and collecting the grapes and their subsequent vinification are carried out following a strict protocol of respect for the environment. Packaged in a wide-shouldered Bordeaux bottle, its darker color than common bottles improves its conservation.
